Community Education reserves the right to cancel any activity due to insufficient enrollment. When an activity is cancelled, Community Education will make every effort to contact registrants 48 hours before the scheduled start of the activity. Complete refunds will be give when this occurs.
Persons who wish to withdraw their registration must do so no later than five (5) business days before the activity is scheduled to start. There is a $5.00 per class processing fee. Remember, if you are unable to attend a class, you may send someone in your place.
Refunds must be requested 5 business days prior to the start of class and will be assessed a $35 processing fee.
Absolutely no refunds will be made after the five (5) business day policy prior to the start of an activity.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS REGISTRATIONS WITHOUT PAYMENT.
The schools of Eastern Carver County (all facility buildings and grounds) is designated tobacco/chemical/weapon and harassment free.
When school is cancelled due to inclement weather/physical problems, all activities during the day, immediately after school, or in the eventing are cancelled. Check our website or listen to WCCO-AM radio.
All food sales and vendors on premises must comply with local/state licensing requirements.
