MN Inter-School Spelling Bee Competition brings talented elementary and middle school students together for a valuable educational experience and engages them in healthy competition. The competition helps students improve their spelling, increase their vocabulary, learn concepts, and develop correct English usage which is a life skill.Join us for the MN Inter-School Spelling Bee Competition. Compete against students from Hopkins, Wayzata, Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, Lakeville and Eastern Carver County in a day-long event. There will be two levels that day (Grades 2-4 and 5-8). The morning will consist of written exam from approximately 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM, then lunch will be served to all participants. Students who advance, will participate in the oral round in theafternoon. All the contestants will receive a participation certificate/medal, while the top 3 winners from each level get trophies. Parents are invited to watch the final oral round and awards ceremony.A Practice Word list will be sent to you in your course confirmation email.
