Book Study-The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt

Join other parents and caregivers to read and talk about The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt. This book looks at why kids today are more anxious and stressed, and how things like phones, social media, and changes in parenting may play a role. Each week, a licensed Parent Educator will guide the group in friendly and open conversations about the book. You’ll learn helpful ideas and feel supported as you think about ways to raise happy, healthy kids. Participants are responsible for supplying their own book.

Sibling care is available for an additional fee.
