The birth of a child is a big change in the lives of parents, but it is a much bigger change for a woman's body than she will realize or accept. The body feels different, behaves differently than it did before pregnancy. Weight gain is one issue that a majority of women focus on but healing the body from within, strengthening the back (posture correction) and accepting the changes in the body are what eventually help us lead a more fulfilling life with our kids. This class will give you some useful tips on the age-old wisdom of Ayurveda (Vedic Medicine from Bharat) for body detox and simple Yoga exercises to regain pelvic floor strength and spine healing.
