DASH Sports Summer Ultimate Frisbee camps provide participants with a well-rounded experience in a fun environment. Ultimate frisbee is a fun, athletically challenging team sport played with a thrown frisbee. Participants will practice throwing, catching, and general strategy and team-play. This is a fun camp that encourages teamwork. Please bring water, a snack, sunscreen, and wear athletic clothing.
