Summer Entertaining with Mediterranean Mezze

Bring vibrant Mediterranean flavors to your summertime gatherings! Mezze—an assortment of small bites, dips, and shareable dishes—is perfect for crowd-pleasing summer entertaining. In this hands-on class, you will learn to create a beautiful, full-flavored mezze spread using Chef Tess’ personal recipes. On the Mezze Menu: Mediterranean Kebabi; full flavored / seasoned ground meat skewers with Greek Drizzle Dressing, Tiropitakia; Phyllo wrapped savory cheese triangles, accompanied by Tzatziki; Savory Greek Yogurt Dip, and Greek hummus, in addition to homemade Pita Bread! This variety of skewers, phyllo wraps, dips, and pita bread make for a beautiful presentation! Learn how to make, wrap, present, and plate these delicious wonder with a wonderful Greek Salad Equipment Needs: Food processor for making the humus, stand mixer with dough hook attachment for the pita bread.


Participants will receive a list of ingredients for the cook-along recipe, 3-5 days in advance of the class to allow time for shopping and prep.  This class will take place on Zoom; a free on-line software. Participants will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting.


Note: Instructors recipes are copyrighted and are only shared with those who register for this class.  Refunds CANNOT be issued once the recipes/class documents are shared.  One registration fee for this on-line Virtual class can include participants from the same household only. If children are participating, adult supervision is required.
