Let's Talk Labor Coaching

Winter/Spring 2025

Experienced Labor and Delivery nurses, Chanda Lyons, RNC, and Lisa Shedlov Mesick, RNC, want to help educate parents-to-be about topics surrounding labor and birth. This is a one time class. Topics include: labor induction, natural birth options, pain medications, cesarean section, risk factors in pregnancy, fear about birth, and medical terminology related to labor. We will also have a Q&A session as well. The goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered as you approach your upcoming birth.

Chanda Lyons, RNC and Lisa Shedlov Mesick, RNC have a combined 58+ years experience as labor and delivery nurses at local hospitals who want to help educate parents-to-be about topics surrounding labor and birth.

Topics include: labor induction, natural birth options, pain medications, cesarean section, risk factors in pregnancy, fear about birth, and medical terminology related to labor. Q & A session to follow class.  Our goal is to help parents-to-be feel informed, supported, and empowered as they approach their upcoming birth.
