Intro to Ninja

Youth / SUMMER Sports & Fitness / Martial Arts -
Summer 2024

Ninja develops strength and agility during this 4 week long course by learning different styles and techniques to master all obstacles!  We have warped walls, angled steps, salmon ladders, cliff hangers, tilted ladders; all Ninja inspired obstacles!

Increase flexibility, coordination, and self-esteem that can be transferred into ninja levels testing or enhance other athletic performances.  All classes are coached by an experienced Ninja Trainer.

Classes take place at Conquer Ninja Gym, 7000 Washington Ave S. Eden Prairie, MN 55344
