Ages 8-11

This tennis camp will be a fun environment to learn the game of tennis, improve skills, play games and matches, meet new friends and develop an interest in the wonderful life-long sport of tennis. This camp will focus on skill development for beginners, games to improve skills and create a basic understanding of the game of tennis. Please bring a water bottle and a tennis racquet (See link below for suggestions on racquet size).  Led by current Chaska Boys Head Coach Zach Williams and former Winona State and Head Chaska Girls Coach, Megan Williams.

Zach Williams

Zach Williams is in his 14th season as the head boys tennis coach at Chaska High School. Zach has also been teaching Health and Physical Education at CHS for the past 15 years at CHS. He is a former conference champion at Winona State University for the Warrior Men’s Tennis Team. Zach enjoys working with players of all ages to develop a lifelong passion for the game of tennis.

Megan Williams also helps teach tennis classes.  She has been a physical education teacher for district 112 for 15 years. She has run summer programs and coached since she was a teenager herself. She played for Winona State University and was ranked in the top 10 for the division 2 region in doubles.
