Chaska Boys Basketball Skills Academy

Youth / SUMMER Sports & Fitness / Basketball -
Summer 2024

This skills academy will focus on ball handling, shooting, passing, footwork, movement, and game play. These fundamentals will help players enhance their skills and play-making ability. This is led by Zach Williams, teacher and current boys' basketball coach at Chaska High School along with current CHS Boys Basketball players.

  • Sections A  - Grades 1 & 2

  • Sections C - Grades 5 & 6
  • Sections D - Grades 7 & 8
  • Sections E & G - K & 1st Grade

Zach Williams

Zach Williams just finished his 13th season coaching for the Chaska boys basketball program. He has spent a number of years as the junior varsity coach/varsity assistant, as well as the current 9th grade head boys basketball coach. Zach has also been teaching Health and Physical Education at CHS for the past 15 years. Zach enjoys breaking down fundamentals of the game of basketball while helping players to develop a love for the game.
