Summer Care Programs Pre-K through 8th Grade
Bring your creations to life in this 3D printing class. The ancient craft of jewelry making is brought to the modern world using TinkerCad and 3D printers. Students will learn to build 2D and 3D models on the computer using CAD software. They will design and print a pair of earrings, a ring, or a pendant in this class. Additionally, they will get to bring home two of their 3D creations.
A few things to remember when arriving for camp at the Family Learning Center:• Please enter at the Main Entrance (Door #1) and someone will be there to check your child into camp. If you arrive early and doors are locked (as the FLC is a secure building) please wait with your child in the entry way until camp time.• At the end of class, the students will meet parents at the Main Entrance for pick up.• Most times instructors must go directly to another location after class and are unable to stay late. Please make arrangements to have your child picked up at class end time.Thank you for helping summer camps run as smoothly as possible!
