Creamy Tuscan Gnocchi with Chicken & Homemade Bread!
Gnocchi: Bite-sized tender soft pillows of pasta-ish goodness. Very versatile with the ability to take on the flavor of added goodness creating mouthwatering meals that will become favorites in your family’s dinner rotation. This may just sound too good to be true. Not only is this all true, but gnocchi are even simpler to make than other fresh pasta options! During this fun filled class, participants will learn how to create these little morsels of goodness, and then turn them into a scrumptious meal the instructor has created called Creamy Tuscan Gnocchi with Chicken, and make a wonderful loaf of fresh bread as well!Have some fun participating in this virtual Cook-Along class as we dive into the world of gnocchi! Follow along step-by-step, with our wonderful instructor as she guides you through the simple pleasure of creating these delicious tender bites of goodness. Then follow along and create a wonderful meal with them that will have your family asking for more!
Have your questions answered by the instructor, interact with other participants as you cook-along, and increase your confidence in the kitchen with each skill that is learned, and each little bit of advice and instruction that is shared.While cooking-along is loads of fun, it is optional.
Participants will receive a list of ingredients in advance of the class to allow enough time for shopping and preparation. A professionally made PDF packet of the Instructors Personal Recipes from this class will also be received.
This class will take place on ZOOM; free on-line software. Participants will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting. As an added bonus, the instructor has created a private group and a public group on Facebook for participants of her cooking classes. Everyone will receive an invite to the groups although joining is optional. Come join the fun!Note: One registration fee for this online virtual interactive class can include immediate family members living full-time in the same home / house only. If children are participating, adult supervision is required.
Tess Georgakopoulos, also known as “Chef Tess—Culinary Artist”, has been cooking and baking for well over45 years since she was roughly 6 years old. Born into a Greek family, the art of cooking traditional meals usingones senses rather than recipes and measurements was passed on from one generation to the next. Herfather was also a trained chef who brought the magic of food to life in another form on the weekends as theycooked elaborate family meals together. Food prepared from the heart, with ones own hands and creativitywas, and continues to be an expression of love in her home. As an accomplished cook and baker, Tess enjoyscreating original recipes for her family and friends. Sweet, savory, or doughy, she enjoys experimenting andcreating in the kitchen daily.Tess is proficient and experienced in creating classes and curriculum for conventional cooking, baking,pressure-cooking, air frying, pizza making, Mediterranean Cooking, bread baking, and meal preparation aswell. A Culinary Artist indeed!She has been teaching both in-person and on-line cooking classes through community education for anumber of years having successfully worked with just over 50 public school districts in and around the TwinCities, in many corners of Minnesota, in addition to school districts in Wisconsin, Missouri, New York, andArizona. Through her teaching, Tess has helped people of all skill levels increase their confidence and expandtheir skills in the kitchen reaching heights of their own personal creativity that they never new existed!Always working towards expanding her culinary repertoire, Tess enjoys spending much of her free time in hertest kitchen creating new recipes and reinventing traditional ones using traditional cooking methods and newcooking appliances such as, the Instant Pot® and Air Fryers too.Tess has recently started writing her first cookbook, and her food blog is also in the works!
