  • Adult Advanced Tennis League

    This class is for the more ADVANCED tennis player who can sustain a rally with medium to very fast paced shots (USTA NTRP rating of 3.5+). Each class will consist of approximately 1 hour of fun, live-ball tennis drills with lots of movement utilizing all the tennis strokes to help improve your tennis game. The remaining 30 minutes will consist of both singles and/or doubles match play.  Due to the number of higher level players that typically register, it is highly recommended you contact Jim Mason at jimhmason@comcast.net if you are unsure if you meet the recommended 3.5 NTRP rating for this class.In order to make the class more schedule friendly, you may come to any 9, 12, or 18 class dates.If necessary, the rainout days are August 20,22,27 and 29
  • Beginner/Intermediate Adult Tennis League

    Come learn the game of tennis and play matches against other beginner/intermediate adult tennis players. This class is perfect for the player with little or no tennis experience or those who played years ago and are looking at picking up the game again.  All participants will be grouped by ability level and each class will consist of approximately 1 hour of stroke development (forehand, backhand, volley, serve, etc.) and approximately 30 minutes of practicing what you learned in a match setting against other adults of the same ability level. Both basic singles and doubles strategy will be taught in a friendly/no-pressure environment. In order to make the class more schedule friendly you may come to any 9, 12, or 18 class datesIf necessary, the rainout days are August 12,14,19 and 21
  • Fit 45 -Summer Session

    Join this high energy class for a 45 minute workout!  Fit 45 is an easy to follow, intermediate level group fitness class that will make the most of every second you give it.  Using a variety of strength and cardio moves, participants will get a full body workout while building muscle and endurance.  Be sure to bring a water bottle and stretching mat.  Ages 18+  ***Register early and save!  Use coupon code FITSUMMER for a $10 discount, expires May 31st. ***
  • Fit Flow Yoga

    This class focuses on a variety of yoga formats including holding (Hatha) as well as connecting breath with flowing movements to lengthen and strengthen the body.  The emphasis of each class will be creating proper body alignment, mindfulness, and observing breath and body.  This yoga class is great for those looking to release tension and stress in the body after your workday.  You will leave this class feeling refreshed and relaxed. You can now drop in and pay $10.00 each time you come if the full schedule doesn't work for you.   • Mix It Up

    This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout.  This two-part class STRONG 30 and Zumba combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day!  We'll start up with 30 min of STRONG 30 then we'll follow up with a full hour of Zumba with 15 min in between both classes.  You can register for each class individually or for the Mix It Up package and save.
  • STRONG 30

    Stop counting the reps.  Start training to the beat.  STRONG 30 combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves.  It incorporates the proven H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) workout except with a twist we call our program.  H.I.T.T (High Intensity Tempo Training) driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation, the strength of the beat will challenge your muscles and cardio system to find power, strength, speed, stamina and mobility.  High intensity moves include (high knees, burpees, jumping jacks, etc.) these moves are interchanged with lower intensity moves (lunges, jump rope, kickboxing).  This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule.  Make every minute count as you push your limits, discover the athlete within you; feel the force, the energy and get fit.
  • Sunrise Yoga

    Start your day by awakening your mind and body with Sunrise Yoga, a mix of Hatha (holding poses) and Vinyasa (flowing breath and body together) will help to start your day off on a positive note.  All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat.
  • Total Body & Fit Flow Yoga

    This is a combo class of Kaari's Total Body Conditioning and Fit Flow Yoga classes. Sign up for this class to receive a discount for taking multiple classes taught by Kaari!

    This class will boost your overall fitness condition through intervals, strength training, plyometrics, and core training. We will use a variety of equipment to challenge your balance, muscles and cardiovascular system.   • Zumba Party in the Parks

    Dance yourself into shape with FREE Zumba® classes this Summer at Chaska surrounding parks. Zumba® is a latin-inspired, easy-to-follow calorie-burning dance-fitness party. You will get a great workout while enjoying wonderful weather and city park views. Proudly brought to you by the City of Chaska Parks & Recreation Department and Eastern Carver Community Education. Our certified Zumba instructors are donating their time and efforts to bring our community together, through dance. No registration required, just show up and be ready to have some fun! A free-will donation will be collected and donated to these local organizations - Carver Scott Human Society (pet food), Bountiful Basket (non-perishable food), School Supplies (donated to local Elementary Schools) and Love INC. Monetary donation are also welcomed! Sarah is also licensed to teach Aqua Zumba and teaches several other fitness formats, such as PiYo and Strength Training. Ana Garza (ECCE instructor) Ana became a Zumba Instructor in 2013 and holds certifications in Zumba, Zumba Kids & Kids Jr and STRONG by Zumba. Her Motto is: “Believe in yourself and you will be unstoppable”. Dawn Martin (ECCE instructor) Dawn Martin has been a licensed Zumba instructor for eight years. She believes you can party your way into fitness and has two simple rules for her class: move and have fun.
