Attention animal and art-lovers - this class is for you! Experience the charm of Art, Heart and Hoofbeats Sanctuary, a local farm that promotes connection, growth and artistic expression. Join the friendly staff at Art, Heart and Hoofbeats and the delightful rescue animals who call it home, for 3 unique class sessions. Each session will feature time to connect with animals as well as creative opportunities inspired by the tranquility of the sanctuary. Signed waiver required to participate. Participants needing support to participate must have a companion assist throughout the class. Wednesday - June 18th: Meet and greet the horses, goats, and peacocks! Learn about horse communication and how to brush horses. Create Neographic Art with colored pencils. Wednesday - July 23rd: Spend time grooming horses. Experience breathwork and a nature walk with horses and goats. Create a watercolor landscape of the inspiring horse pasture. Wednesday - August 13th: Visit with the pasture animals, practice a meditation walk and light yoga.
