Celebrate Earth day and have fun with your MA friends! Meet at the Watertown-Mayer Community Learning Center to make Seed Bombs! This craft project uses wildflower seeds and paper to make a seed-packed ball for planting. Plant them in your yard or give as a gift to a friend to transform any outdoor space into a lovely flowery landscape and nature friendly habitat! Enjoy an Earth Day themed snack at the end of class. Held once a month, this art class will feature a variety of art mediums with opportunities for learning new skills and creating unique works of art. Join art instructor, Theresa Ganzer and have fun creating with your MA friends! All supplies included. Monday, March 3rd - Leprechauns & Shamrocks! Create festive themed decor for your fridge or home by crafting friendly Leprechaun and adorable Shamrock magnets! Monday, April 28th - Floral Chalk Art: Celebrate spring with chalk art featuring pastel flowers on dark paper! Get inspired by photos of flowers to create your own floral masterpiece. Monday, May 19th - Rock Cactus Planter: Design a delightful, carefree "Cactus" Planter with rocks painted to look like a Cacti Cluster in a painted planter.
