Summer Care Programs Pre-K through 8th Grade
Breathing is the most taken for granted activity of our lives. It is the most vital aspect of our well being and unfortunately is the least understood. There are multiple breathing exercises with some aimed at activating our parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress, and reducing inflammation that a majority of us (especially women) suffer from. These classes will introduce participants to the science of breathing in layman terms and teach some breathing exercises that are easy to do on a daily basis. The breathing exercises will be followed by a short meditation.
