Pack a lunch for yourself and join in the parent educator facilitated group discussion. If your preschool child/and or younger child/children are not in other programming during this class, they will have lunch and play time in the sibling care classroom. Are you interested in being emotionally supported in a meaningful and powerful way? Join parent educator Sheila Bauer in the practice of self-care using mind-body skills like mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques, that are designed to relieve symptoms of stress and trauma. The entire class time is devoted to YOU because we know when you take care of yourself-you take better care of your children. Our time together recognizes that deepening learning and self-awareness is sometimes challenging, but always worth it! This class will invite you to see yourself in a kinder and more hopeful way.
