Zumba, perfect for everybody and every body. Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out! It is a total workout combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and FUN! Ditch the workout and join the party!

Instructor

Dawn Martin

Dawn is a licensed Zumba instructor and has taught for years. She splits her free time between her two teen children, husband, dog, and extended Zumba family.

Her class is a judgment-free zone. Everyone is welcome regardless of where they are in their fitness journey. She has two simple rules: move and have fun.
