    Join this high energy class for a 45 minute workout! Fit 45 is an easy to follow, intermediate level group fitness class that will make the most of every second you give it. Using a variety of strength and cardio moves, participants will get a full body workout while building muscle and endurance. Be sure to bring a water bottle and stretching mat.     Zumba, perfect for everybody and every body. Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out! It is a total workout combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and FUN! Ditch the workout and join the party! All classes will be conducted outdoors at Chaska High School on the Patio/Courtyard area when weather is nice - Hopefully into Nov.!
