Snowmobile safety training is required for children 11 and over to operate snowmobiles on trails or waters under control of the DNR.

This is the driving portion for the Minnesota state safety certificate. You will need to complete the on line portion prior to the class. Go to www.mndnr.gov - you must also pre-register for the class as space is limited. Bring to class a properly fitting helmet, snowmobile clothing (snowmobile suite or jacket and snow pants), gloves or mittens and boots. NO Exceptions, you will be outside for most of the class.

Please Note: Upon successfully completing this course, youth will be required to finish the DNR application process online and pay a $5 fee to receive your Snowmobile Safety Certificate. This certificate must be carried with them when they ride snowmobiles in MN.

NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED
