Get ready for a fun-filled fitness journey with us.  Have a blast with a variety of different fitness based activities, fun games, jumping challenges and loads of FUN! Learn balance, flexibility, agility, coordination, speed and sportsmanship.  Creativity will be encouraged throughout the class in a safe and fun environment with upbeat music. At the end, relax with a quick mindfulness activity!
