Have you ever wondered what the Air Fryer Hype is about? Do you have one and want ideas about what to make in it besides fries or crisping up frozen processed foods? Are you thinking about purchasing one but would like to know more about it first? Well…this class may just answer all those questions for you! Have some fun participating in this virtual Air Fryer Demonstration and Partial Cook-Along class as we dive into the world of Air Frying!
The instructor will demonstrate some family favorite recipes and invite participants to join in for one of them. The recipes that will be demonstrated include: homemade eggrolls wraps, pizza bites, seasoned potato wedges, and burgers! The cook-along recipe will be the instructors own Copycat KFC Chicken!
All healthy, delicious recipes that will have your family coming back for more! Leftovers may just become a thing of the past! Participants of this class and all consumers of the instructors Copycat KFC say they think it’s BETTER than actual KFC! Try it for yourselves! The recipe is only available to those that register for this class.

Note: One registration fee for this on-line Virtual class can include participants from the same household only. If children are participating, adult supervision is required.

This class will take place on ZOOM, or on Microsoft TEAMS; a free on-line software. Participants will receive a list of ingredients in advance to allow for enough time for shopping and preparation. A professionally made PDF packet of the Instructors Personal Recipes from this class will also be received.

As an added bonus, the instructor has created a private group on Facebook exclusively for participants of her cooking classes. Everyone will receive an invite to the group although joining is optional. The group will provide an opportunity for members to ask questions, share their own creations, interact with other participants and support one another in your cooking journey! Come join the fun!

Tess Georgakopoulos

Tess Georgakopoulos has been cooking for well over 40 years since she was roughly 6 years old. Born into a Greek family, the art of cooking traditional meals using ones senses rather than recipes and measurements was passed on from one generation to the next. Her father was also a trained chef who brought the magic of food to life in another form on the weekends as they cooked elaborate family meals together. Food prepared from the heart, with ones own hands and creativity was, and continues to be an expression of love in her home. As a skilled home cook and baker, Tess enjoys creating original recipes for her family and friends. Sweet, savory, or doughy, she enjoys experimenting and creating in the kitchen daily.
Pressure-cooking with a stovetop cooker has been a part of her culinary repertoire for over 25 years. Tess is creating new recipes and reinventing traditional ones using the Instant Pot, which is taking her pressure-cooking to another level! She has been teaching both in-person and on-line cooking classes through community education for a number of years having worked with numerous public school districts in and around the Twin Cities.
