They chewy, almond Swedish Sandbakkelse are delicate golden brown in color and are baked in tiny tins to resemble tarts. Finally, we will master deep fried Rosettes-those exceedingly fragile, paper thin Scandinavian delicacies dusted with confectioners' sugar.
