Mix It Up
This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This two-part class STRONG 30 and Zumba combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day! We'll start up with 30 min of STRONG 30 then we'll follow up with a full hour of Zumba with 15 min in between both classes. You can register for each class individually or for the Mix It Up package and save.
Ana is a Licensed Zumba Instructor since 2013. She is also Licensed to teach Zumba kids & Kids Jr and STRONG by Zumba/ STRONG 30.
She is certified in Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED and First Aid.
Ana found her passion for dancing when she was 12 years old and ever since then she has been involved in all kids of activities related to dance. She LOVES teaching Zumba and believes it’s one of the shortcuts to happiness. She enjoys practicing her classes with her two daughters. Her Motto is “Believe in yourself and you will be unstoppable”
